Caparaó Specialty Coffees. We work with Green Coffee Beans, Unroasted Coffee, 100% Arabica of 100% artisanal and sustainable production. Coming from Caparaó mountains, Brazil, we deliver more than a quality coffee and unique experience, but we bring with it families, who together, join the entire production process.

 

QUALITY

Considered one of the best regions in Brazil for the production of specialty coffees, Serra do Caparaó, with its more than 2,800 meters, has in its altitude one of the main factors that potentiate the quality of its coffees.

In addition, the combination of its incredible mountainous structure, which creates microclimates throughout the region, with the great variety of 100% arabica coffees, provides an enormous diversity of flavors and aromas, allowing the grains to have such different and unique sensorial notes, but at the same time, with a region DNA in sweetness, body and acidity.

A soma destes fatores tem produzido cafés de alta qualidade, os melhores Cafés do Brasil, já há 5 anos seguidos, de 2014 à 2018, os ganhadores do "Coffee Of The Year", na Semana Internacional do Café, a maior feira de café do Brasil.

Além de entregar cafés especiais de alta qualidade, temos propriedade em afirmar que oferecemos um produto com transparência sobre todo o processo de produção. Nossa procedência nos grãos verdes é confirmada através dos selos de identificação de origem emitidos pelo “CONSELHO DA REGIÃO DAS MATAS DE MINAS”, organização sem fins lucrativos formada para o desenvolvimento dos cafeicultores da região.

PRODUCER

With the knowledge and experience that only native producers can have, our coffees take special care and undergo a rigorous selection, starting in the planting and accompanying throughout the cultivation process for later harvesting and separation of the grains.
Our production is based on a work totally artisanal and mediated by local families of the region of Caparaó that, through years of improvement of its technique, manage to provide one of the richest and most delightful grains of Brazil for specialty coffees.
